Infant resuscitator

Description

T-piece infant resuscitator, a gas-powered medical device used to provide controlled respiratory support to newborns.  It delivers consistent and controlled Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) and Positive End-Expiratory Pressure (PEEP).  The device helps protect the infant’s lungs from injury by preventing over-distension.  A manometer display shows pressure readings, typically ranging from -20 to 100 cm \(\mathrm{H}_{\mathrm{2}}\mathrm{O}\).  It is often used with a medical gas source and a flow meter to deliver accurate oxygen concentrations.
